Agile methods have been adopted widely, but organizations still struggle to scale horizontally (beyond Information Technology) and vertically (adding teams). The Scrum@Scale framework extends core Scrum to deliver hyper-productive results across industries and disciplines including software, hardware, services, operations, and R&D.

At the heart of Scrum@Scale are the PO and Scrum Master cycles that define the “what” and the “how” of product development. You’ll learn how to connect them to effectively deliver at scale. Our session is practical and hands-on with custom-tailored content that is interactive, fun, and educational.

Discounts

Options for your circumstances

Request your discount on the session (a class on date/time with a trainer) you want. If more than one discount applies explain in your comments.

You can pay in up to 12 installments by choosing Splitit at checkout.

For Grow-Lean Alumni, log in or use your account email when registering, and receive an automatic discount. If you also qualify for another discount, request it, and, if your email matches, we know you are an alumni.

If you have a Visa or Mastercard credit card you can pay in up to 12 monthly installments. There are no fees or interest if you pay on time! Your available credit must be enough to cover the full cost and there is a hold on your credit card for the amount that you have not paid.

For example, if your final fee is $1,000 and you chose 10 installments:

  • You would pay $100 today and have a $900 hold placed on your credit card.
  • The following month your credit card would be charged another $100 and the hold would be reduced to $800.
  • Each month you pay $100 and each month the hold is reduced by $100.

If you are not familiar with the term "hold" this is similar to what hotels do when you check in, to cover extra expenses you may incur including the mini bar.

The benefit to you is that you do not pay any interest or fees if all payments are on time.

After entering your request you may email us at Grow-Lean-Training@Grow-Lean.Com or call us +1.609.975.9294 for questions.

Key Details

A rich review of Scrum@Scale and how it fits into the ecosystem of multi-team agile

Scale using Scrum

Through the Registered Scrum@Scale Practitioner (RS@SP) course, you’ll learn how to scale Scrum, using Scrum@Scale, a lightweight agile framework that helps people, teams and organizations to deliver valuable solutions when faced with complex, challenging problems. We’ll apply Scrum to teams-of-teams and organizations, describing how the Product Owner, Scrum Master, individual Scrum teams, and enterprise leadership interact in a variety of different scaling situations while applying Scrum@Scale.

ScrumMaster and PO Cycles

At the heart of Scrum@Scale are the Product Owner and ScrumMaster cycles, two sets of Scrum practices that define the “what” and the “how” of product development. You’ll learn these two cycles and how to connect them together to effectively deliver high-value, high-quality products at scale.

Immersive and Practical

  • Experience a blend of exercises, real-world case studies, engaging games, short videos and more.
  • Oscillate between concepts and application to illustrate the divide between what is possible with true agile scaling as compared to the mechanistic models being used by many organizations today.
  • Learn how to apply Scrum@Scale concepts with other scaling frameworks like SAFe.
  • Learn from the instructor’s years of experience, as well as learning from often equally experienced fellow students.

Earn the RS@SP Credential

Once you complete the Registered Scrum@Scale Practitioner (RS@SP) course, you’ll qualify to take the Registered Scrum@Scale Practitioner exam and earn the RS@SP credential from the Agile Education Program. More importantly you will be ready to take your organization to the next level
