Agile Teams Workshop (ATW)

Empowering teams to deliver value in enterprise via empirical, collaborative methods

Build an effective agile team by learning how to work effectively across role and function. During this two-day course, attendees gain an in-depth understanding of the how define and build software..

Attendees learn how to write stories and break down features, plan and execute Sprints, and plan Program Increments. They will learn how to effectively integrate with other teams in the program, and what it takes to continuously improve both within the team and across teams.
