The Agile Open Forum is a recurring event that covers topics selected by attendees. Depending the number of attendees there is one or more breakout sessions to discuss the topics.

What Happens at an Agile Open Forum

For each Agile Open Forum we have a Mural Board.

Attendees choose the potential topics and then vote on them.

We then do a lighting round of type and talk. If the topic is really interesting we may do an exercise
