SAFe® is a framework for agile at scale. It wraps principles from Scrum,
Kanban, XP and provides additional ceremonies, roles and artifacts. SAFe® has a release-planning event, known as
Program Increment (PI) Planning, that is often done quarterly. PI
planning brings together teams of teams (think 50 to 200 people) in one physical location to plan the work for a
release.
This two-day course will prepare you to apply PI Planning and the SAFe® framework in general, to synchronize alignment, collaboration, allowing you to align people and value streams to establish a program-level cadence for releases. After the class you will free access to the certification exam. Upon passing the exam you will become a SAFe® Agilist (SA Cert from Scaled Agile Inc.).
