Want to talk to us about the Leading SAFe Course?

Leading SAFe (SAFe Agilist)

David

SAFe is a framework for organizations to execute agile in the large. It provides additional ceremonies, roles and artifacts and wraps together principles from Scrum, Extreme Programming, Kanban, Lean Principles and product development flow. By attending this session you will be in a position to plan large efforts by aligning people with value streams and establishing a program-level cadence for releases..

SAFe popularized the concept of the Agile Release Train (ART), which synchronizes teams to ensure consistent deployment of valuable product to market. A seminal event in SAFe is a two-day, quarterly, release-planning event that brings together the whole team in one physical location to plan these deployments.

This two-day course will prepare you to apply the SAFe to synchronize alignment, collaboration, and delivery from Portfolio to Program to Team levels. Participants will develop an understanding of how the principles and practices of the framework support Lean, Agile, the Agile Release Train (ART), portfolio management, Agile architecture, and scaling Agile processes and practices across the enterprise. Leading SAFe is a prerequisite for SAFe Agilist (SA) Certification.
